Responsibilities:
- Regular meetings with Top management and C-Suite executives in leading enterprises
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers & end-users and address their needs
- Generate and handle inbound & outbound leads
- Pitch, Onboard & train different tools to leads
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve the business
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and communicate with the sales team regularly ● Perform Basic System Change Requests (non-technical) Client Relations & Business Development
Required skills and qualifications
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Quick learner and keen to establish long-term relationships with big enterprises and agencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A people person and a team player (it’s a networking job)
- Well-presentable and charismatic
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Owning a car is a must. Additional qualifications
- Internship or professional experience in Marketing.
- Internship or professional experience in account management in a B2B or enterprise setting
- Internship or professional experience in Business development.
