Responsibilities:

  • Regular meetings with Top management and C-Suite executives in leading enterprises
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers & end-users and address their needs
  • Generate and handle inbound & outbound leads
  • Pitch, Onboard & train different tools to leads
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve the business
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and communicate with the sales team regularly ● Perform Basic System Change Requests (non-technical) Client Relations & Business Development


Required skills and qualifications

  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Quick learner and keen to establish long-term relationships with big enterprises and agencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A people person and a team player (it’s a networking job)
  • Well-presentable and charismatic
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Owning a car is a must. Additional qualifications
  • Internship or professional experience in Marketing.
  • Internship or professional experience in account management in a B2B or enterprise setting
  • Internship or professional experience in Business development.
