Job Description

• Develop interior design concepts and layouts for hotel projects, including guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, and lounges.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, detailed drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and external consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories in line with project budgets and brand standards.
• Oversee design implementation during construction and fit-out phases, ensuring quality and adherence to design intent.
• Stay updated on global hospitality design trends and integrate innovative solutions into projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and local regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio in hotel and hospitality design.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting applicable to hospitality spaces.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with international hospitality brands is an advantage.
• Preferably from Giza residents
