Creative Director

About the Role
Own the creative vision for BDC and selected BDC clients—with a strong focus on video advertising and social-first storytelling. You’ll convert business goals into clear creative strategies, guide designers/copy/video, and ship work that moves brand and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand systems, visual identity, and campaign concepts across digital & print.
- Translate briefs into creative directions, mood boards, and executable storyboards.
- Own video advertising end-to-end: scripts, storyboards/shot lists, directing on set (or with partners), and overseeing post-production (editing/motion/captions) for short-form and :15–:60 spots across Meta/TikTok/YouTube/LinkedIn—optimized for organic and paid.
- Review and elevate team outputs; ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality.
- Build scalable assets and Canva brand kits for faster production.
- Use AI tools (ideation, variants, clean-up/generation, versioning) ethically to accelerate workflows.
- Run creative experiments; track results and iterate quickly.
- Mentor the team; manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in brand/agency creative roles, including team leadership or art/creative lead experience.
- Portfolio showing brand systems, 360° campaigns, and high-performing video ads (Reels/Shorts/TikTok and paid spots).
- Fluency in Canva; comfort with Adobe/Figma. Motion/video oversight required.
- Proficiency with AI tools for content and productivity (chat assistants, AI image/video editing).
- Excellent storytelling and feedback skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- On-site availability in Nasr City, Cairo.
