Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Advisor based in Giza. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for handling day-to-day travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves communicating effectively with clients, booking travel accommodations, and managing travel itineraries.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team on-site
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of travel-related software and tools is a plus
