Job Description

• Review the design tender of mechanical and systems of projects.
• Review and approve Submittals of Technical Material and Shop Drawings for mechanical services of projects.
• Manage testing, commission, training, and handover of mechanical works deliverables to clients.
• Coordination and supervision of installation of the mechanical works of projects;
• Work closely with Design Engineers and Draftsman in the planning of projects, scheduling of tasks, and developing an integrated design.
• Responsible for finalizing all received project documents AS, MIR, IR, RFI, QS& Snag list.
• Review and ensure that the documents prepared; meet the quality and standard requirements.
• Responsible for Monitoring and controlling project time schedule till handing over.
• Responsible for project cost analysis/cost control.
• Carry out the design of services for projects according to the Client’s Design requirement and as per standards and codes of practices.
• Carry out site inspections and assessments as required and prepare reports when required.
• Coordinate the works and submissions with all other disciplines.
• Carry out technical reviews as appropriate.
• Review and certify Building Services design documentations as a third-party independent when required.
• Co-ordinate the team effort to complete any task as would be required and appropriate if assigned.
• Assist in scheduling requested tasks related to mechanical works.
• Perform other related duties as requested by the Project Manager.
• Firefighting system as sprinkler, foam, clean agent gas & fire pump.
• HVAC system as ventilation, air condition, Ducts chilled pipe, cooling tower, chiller, AHU, Fans & Accessories.
• Plumbing systems such as piping, Hot & Cold water, Sewage network.
• utility system, compressed air, Steam, & Medical gas. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Client-Oriented.
• Capability in handling the changes, and driving them through the projects, Organizations, and communications.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
