Job Description:
 

• Supervise production lines and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Inspect and oversee raw material receiving, storage, and packaging processes.
• Supervise and coordinate workers on the production floor to ensure efficiency and discipline.
• Prepare regular reports on quality control and production performance.

 

 

 Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Science (Food Technology, Dairy, or Food Industries).
• +4 years of experience (experience in dairy or food factories is preferred).
• Knowledge of food quality systems and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage workers effectively.
• Ability to work in a factory environment and operate production equipment.
