We are looking for motivated Sales Interns to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital and on-ground sales, giving interns the chance to support our Sales Specialist in achieving business targets. Interns will play a key role in assisting with customer engagement, lead generation, and campaign execution while learning professional sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement Support
Assist the Sales Specialist in responding to inquiries from social media campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook).
Provide product information to potential customers and help build trust.
Collect and update customer details in the CRM or tracking sheets.
Lead Generation & Sales Activities
Identify and reach out to potential customers under the guidance of the Sales Specialist.
Support in following up with leads and ensuring they are transferred smoothly to the Sales Specialist for closing.
Participate in on-ground activations and events as part of the sales team.
Sales Operations & Admin
Maintain organized reports of daily activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
Assist in preparing presentations, sales pitches, and promotional materials.
Track competitor activities and share market insights with the team.
Creativity & Teamwork
Share ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions on how to boost sales.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance the performance of campaigns.
Learning & Development
Gain exposure to real-world sales techniques and CRM systems.
Receive mentorship from the Sales Specialist and management team.
Develop professional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
