Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Fresh Real Estate Agent based in El-Sheikh Zayed. The ideal candidate is a motivated recent graduate eager to start a career in real estate. No prior experience is required — comprehensive training, mentorship, and support will be provided.
As a Real Estate Agent, you'll learn how to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, manage client relationships, conduct property tours, and build a strong foundation in sales and market analysis.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Proficiency in Real Estate practices and knowledge of Real Property
- Sales experience and skills in negotiating property deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and client-focused environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in finding properties that match their needs and budget
- Conduct property tours and support senior agents in negotiations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Learn and stay updated on current market trends and real estate developments
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and ongoing coaching
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in real estate and client-focused sales
