urpose of the Position

  • Generate sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities to support growth.
  • Promote the company’s products effectively in the market.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Achieve assigned sales budget in terms of quantity and value.
  • Ensure product mix achievement meets targeted ratios.
  • Promote product diversity across customer stores per company strategy.
  • Enhance customer profitability through optimized sales planning.
  • Expand customer base by acquiring new and active clients.
  • Increase the average selling price (ASP) across product lines.
  • Maintain customer credit cycles with at least 8 turns per year.
  • Monitor customer credit balances, collections, and invoices.
  • Drive sales of traded items to strengthen portfolio performance.
  • Support and monitor distributor networks and coordinate with Grade B & C customers.
  • Track customer performance quarterly and evaluate target achievement.
  • Provide sales and material support for projects and subcontractors.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and ensure proper resolution.
  • Supervise workshops and ensure quality and engagement.
  • Review budget performance daily and take proactive actions.
  • Collect and record project-supplied quantities for accurate tracking.
  • Submit weekly visit reports covering market trends and competitors.
  • Track weekly project supply processes for delivery alignment.
  • Update customer and project databases monthly.
  • Monitor customer sales performance individually.
  • Prepare monthly DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and rebate calculations per customer.

Working Conditions

  • Office Work: 10%
  • Outdoor / Site Work: 90%

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

  • Understanding of construction materials and applications.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles, invoicing, and order processing.
  • Awareness of territory management and sales reporting procedures.
  • Ability to assess client needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Owning a car is mandatory.
