Job Description

We’re hiring a Creative Designer (Video & Social Media) to lead content creation across Seqoon and Sai’s digital presence.

You’ll design and edit high-performing short-form videos, social visuals, and campaign assets that define how our brand is seen across MENA. From TikToks and Reels to product launches and paid campaigns, you’ll translate complex ideas — AI, tech, and innovation — into scroll-stopping creative.

This role sits at the intersection of design, marketing, and storytelling. You’ll work fast, think like a marketer, and execute like a designer — creating visuals that perform, not just look good.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality video and static creatives across Seqoon and Sai’s channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to concept, design, and edit social and campaign assets.
• Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity across all platforms.
• Adapt creative ideas across formats and aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9).
• Incorporate data and performance insights into new iterations.
• Stay ahead of visual trends, motion styles, and social formats to keep content fresh.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in graphic design and short-form video editing.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or CapCut Pro / Figma.
• Proven track record of producing high-performing social content.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn creative best practices.
• A strong visual sense — layout, color, typography, and motion.
• Ability to work fast, manage feedback loops, and hit tight deadlines.
