Job Description

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and administer compensation, benefits, and payroll activities.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment aligned with company values.

Job Requirements
