Job Description
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and product knowledge
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery pieces.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including diamond quality (4Cs), certification, and pricing.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service to build long-term customer relationships.
- Record all sales transactions accurately in the system.
- Provide daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Update customer data and maintain accurate CRM records.

Job Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Jewellery Studies (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury jewellery or diamond sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
- Product Knowledge
- Strong understanding of diamond grading (4Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat) and certification (GIA, IGI, etc.).
- Good awareness of current jewellery trends and customer preferences.
- Ability to explain diamond quality and value to customers confidently and clearly.
- Sales & Communication Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Persuasive and confident in handling high-value transactions.
- Skilled in upselling and cross-selling luxury products.
