Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation and execution of packaging concepts, dielines, materials, and finishes.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and production teams to ensure packaging aligns with both creative vision and practical constraints.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in packaging innovation, sustainability, and consumer behavior.
  • Lead and guide the creative team to deliver high-quality work.
  • Develop and implement innovative creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of creative content across all channels.
  • Stay updated on trends in design and advertising.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of strategies.
  • Manage the creative production budget effectively.
  • Present creative concepts and ideas to clients.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s visual identity.
  • Lead and facilitate creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with freelance designers and directors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative direction.
  • Exceptional leadership and creative skills.
  • Strong proficiency in design and production software.
  • Ability to present and communicate creative concepts effectively.
