Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation and execution of packaging concepts, dielines, materials, and finishes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and production teams to ensure packaging aligns with both creative vision and practical constraints.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in packaging innovation, sustainability, and consumer behavior.
- Lead and guide the creative team to deliver high-quality work.
- Develop and implement innovative creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of creative content across all channels.
- Stay updated on trends in design and advertising.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of strategies.
- Manage the creative production budget effectively.
- Present creative concepts and ideas to clients.
- Develop and maintain the company’s visual identity.
- Lead and facilitate creative brainstorming sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with freelance designers and directors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative direction.
- Exceptional leadership and creative skills.
- Strong proficiency in design and production software.
- Ability to present and co
