Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Showroom Manager. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role involves managing display arrangements, coordinating with sales staff, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining the overall appearance of the showroom.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and ensuring an exceptional Customer Experience
• Proven Sales skills and experience in a retail setting
• Experience managing Showrooms and overseeing retail operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
