About The Role

At Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, The Concierge Agent plays a key role in curating unforgettable guest experiences. This role serves as a trusted resource for guests, providing tailored recommendations and seamless arrangements to ensure an exceptional stay.

What You Will Do

  • Greet guests warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
  • Offer recommendations and make arrangements for dining, transportation, tours, and activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil guest requests efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special needs with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events.
  • Assist with bookings for tickets, spa services, and other guest experiences.
  • Ensure smooth communication between guests and external vendors.
  • Uphold brand standards and contribute to the hotel's overall guest satisfaction scores.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in a Concierge, Front Office, or Guest Services role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area, attractions, and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • A passion for delivering luxury service and creating memorable experiences.
