Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Giza with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, and maintaining customer service. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales and proposal materials, and interacting with potential clients to build and maintain relationships. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to develop business strategies and track progress.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills for market research and business analysis

Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with potential clients and internal teams

Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities

Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships

Proficiency in Market Research techniques and tools

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
