The main purposes of the job are as follows
- Create and develop end-to-end real estate strategy aligned with the different stakeholders (Proximity Banking Distribution, LPD, Security, Safety, etc…) considering the yearly plan for either lease or buy, Relocation of existing branches.
- Develops Marketing intelligence, Strategic & Marketing Research, keeping track the information needed to protect the business from unexpected inflation, alarming to avoid any loss, Secure waive as a main target to avoid any operation Loss, audit comments may affect the productivity.
- Play the Role “Brokerage in house” if possible, Main coordinator with 3rd parties’ brokerage & Real Estate Development outsourcing companies.
- Creating real estate sourcing clear criteria (technical, security, safety, property and procurement aspects) according to the bank strategy for new branches /relocation.
- Forecasting the real estate annual budget with monthly tracking based on actual payments.
- Overseeing all leasing contracts tracker ensuring the accuracy of data such as the maturity dates, annual escalation, rental value, maintenance fees …etc.
- Portfolio owner’s due diligence ensuring that CAE is dealing with complied Landlords to mitigate any risks.
- Source and negotiate property acquisitions maximizing organization benefits.
- Supporting the decision of the Investment Committee by preparing the related part of the business case.
- Perform the required premises valuation through CBEs’ registered evaluators, broker assignment when needed for sale locations, member in the bank committee for Auctions represent Procurement Dept.
- Jupiter system /Contracts data base documentations. (Upload and Update All Bank Contract’s). Reviewing Contracts Checking OFAC / Embargo / Negative list /SDN list and comply with CBE Rules under supervision of the unit Head.
- Data Base cleanup / Close follow up with legal Dept.
- Control daily work flow on the Jupiter system / following Rent payments on monthly basis.
- Follow up missing contracts documents, registration process.
- Developing and innovating for Corporate Real Estate department activities and the related procedures as well.
- Support in handling assets valuation process and coordinator between different stakeholders
- Validates contract documentations as per bank policy and procedure.
Qualifications :

- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to source acquisition.
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with a team- oriented mindset are key components of this position.
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Strong financial modeling skills including cash flow analysis.
- Knowing of The Egyptian law /Basic - Contracts standard terms.
- CBE Rules in general. (includes contractual tools/Evaluation Mythology, and new premises selection according the CBE Check list and sites approvals.
- Agreement aspect /legal bonds /Arbitration for commercial usages when needed.
- CBE expertise House evaluation (Rules).
- English writing reports for advanced user (High level Management)
- Presentation skills, Dash Board, KPI
- SLA / Microsoft Project, but it isn’t a must. (needed for advanced user –Pipelines Projects)
- Microsoft Project Management.
