Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Showroom Assistant at Value’s Home Furniture. The Showroom Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their furniture needs, maintaining the showroom's appearance, and supporting sales activities. Daily tasks include welcoming customers, answering inquiries, showcasing furniture pieces, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Showrooms and Retail Sales
• Sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the furniture industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
