Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Limo Dispatch to join our team. As a Limo Dispatch, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our limousine service by coordinating vehicle assignments, managing driver schedules, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and dispatch limousines for reservations, weddings, and other events

- Manage driver schedules and assignments

- Monitor vehicle locations and status in real-time

- Communicate with drivers and customers via phone, radio, or app

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback

- Maintain accurate records and logs

- Optimize routes and schedules to minimize delays and maximize efficiency

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure fleet maintenance and safety

- Provide support for special events and large-scale transportation needs

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in dispatch software and GPS tracking systems is advantage

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
