The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand the agency’s client base within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Identify new market opportunities and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to tailor solutions for clients.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
• Achieve sales and business development targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in marketing or advertising agencies.
• Proven experience working with clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
