About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Coordinator to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and excellent coordination skills to ensure smooth sprint execution and team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives).

• Support multiple development teams in applying Agile best practices.

• Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals.

• Track sprint progress and ensure transparency using Agile tools .

• Monitor team performance and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.

• Prepare sprint and project reports for management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Coordinator / Scrum Master in a software development environment.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks.

• Experience working with cross-functional software teams.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with software lifecycle tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
