Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Manager located in Marsa Alam. As a Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing hotel reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining effective communication, driving sales, and training staff. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, managing booking systems, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a smooth reservation process for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Ability to provide Training and support to staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in reservation and booking systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
