Role Description

This is a Part-time, Remote role for a FIDIC Contracts Instructor at Link Academy. The instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering specialized online courses focused on the practical application, interpretation, and management of FIDIC (Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils) suite of contracts especially the Red Book. The role requires providing clear guidance on contract clauses, claims management, dispute resolution, and risk allocation within major international construction and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience working with FIDIC contracts in a project management, contracts management.
• Proven, in-depth knowledge of the various FIDIC Rainbow Suite editions (1999 and 2017) and their applications.
• Expertise in Claims and Dispute Management procedures under FIDIC rules.
• Certifications such as FIDIC Certified Trainer or accreditation from a recognized training body are highly desirable.
• Experience in delivering professional training or workshops, is a huge Plus.
