Cunacci Furniture is hiring a Showroom Manager for our Mall of Egypt branch to lead the team, boost sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the furniture showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to attract customers and create an inviting shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team for product availability.
• Analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve showroom performance.
• Study the features of all products on offer to provide detailed information to customers.
• Arrange stock in a visually appealing manner while ensuring ease of movement.
• Conduct sales meetings with clients and develop business relationships.
• Negotiate prices and payment plans, closing sales effectively.
• Resolve conflicts among staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
• Achieve sales targets as set by the Direct Sales Department based on monthly forecasts.
• Document sales and reward employees accordingly.

Requirements:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in showroom management.
• Strong knowledge of design trends, sales strategies, and showroom operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff and resources effectively.
• Competitive mindset with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
