Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Guest Relations Agent will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The individual will handle receptionist duties, including greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, managing phone calls, and coordinating with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. Additional responsibilities include managing guest complaints and providing relevant information about the hotel services and local area facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction abilities
• Experience in Receptionist Duties
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
