Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Showroom Manager will oversee the daily operations of the showroom, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing sales strategies, maintaining a high level of customer experience, and ensuring the showroom meets company standards.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
• Sales and Showroom management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in the furniture retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing
