Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a travel advisor / English call center role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Excellent English level
• Flexibility with working 24/7 shifts including morning, night, and overnight shifts
• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Graduate of any degree
