Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and fluent English–Arabic speaking Appointment Setter to join our sales team.

You will be the first point of contact for new prospects — engaging business owners, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with our senior advisors.

Your role is essential in building relationships and maintaining the first impression of Accountack’s professionalism and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call, message, and follow up with potential clients to schedule consultation meetings.
  • Qualify leads and identify client needs before forwarding to the sales team.
  • Maintain organized records of conversations, meetings, and lead status in CRM.
  • Communicate Accountack’s services clearly and confidently in both English and Arabic.
  • Confirm and remind clients of scheduled meetings.
  • Support marketing and campaign follow-ups by converting leads into booked appointments.
  • Report daily and weekly activity metrics to the Sales Director.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or client outreach.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • experience with CRM ghl, hubspot etc and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional tone.
  • Ability to understand basic accounting or business service terminology (training provided).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.

  • Prior experience working in accounting, financial services, or consulting firms.
  • Confident, friendly, and capable of handling objections professionally.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-up discipline.
