Job Overview


We’re looking for a Part-Time Appointment Setter to support our client, an Ohio-based consulting company that helps small businesses secure funding. This role involves following up with leads, managing CRM records, and setting appointments for the company’s founder, who will handle the closing. The ideal candidate has a background in sales or appointment setting, communicates confidently, and is eager to make an impact in a growing business environment.



Key Responsibilities


Follow up with leads via calls and emails

Set and confirm appointments for the founder

Manage and update CRM data (HubSpot)

Perform light administrative tasks to support daily operations

Track and report appointment metrics



Must-Haves


Proven experience in appointment setting or sales support

Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Availability to work part-time (1 PM – 5 PM EST)



Good-to-Haves


Experience working with small businesses or startups

Positive attitude and go-getter mindset

Eagerness to grow and make a meaningful contribution



Performance Goals


Success in this role will be measured by the number of appointments booked and the ability to manage lead follow-ups effectively within the first 2–3 months.
