Camel Dive Club & Boutique Hotel, one of the most established names in the Red Sea diving & boutique hospitality world, is hiring a Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and help deliver exceptional experiences to our international guest community.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front office & guest services team
- Ensure smooth check-in/out operations & guest communication
- Coordinate with reservations, housekeeping & dive center team
- Handle VIP/loyal/repeat guests & guest feedback
- Train, coach & develop front office staff
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling & reporting
- Maintain service standards and guest satisfaction targets
✅ Requirements
- 5+ years front desk/front office experience
- 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial front office position
- Experience in boutique or luxury resort hospitality preferred
- Strong communication, organization & problem-solving skills
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong plus
- PMS experience (Opera)

- Experience working in Red Sea resorts
- Familiarity with diving tourism guest expectations
- European market exposure (UK, Italy, Germany, Benelux)
