Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, delegate tasks to team members, and ensure goals and deadlines are met efficiently. They will monitor team performance, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative working environment. Additionally, the role involves problem-solving, performance management, and contributing to the development of process improvements.

Qualifications

• Leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management capabilities
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Strategic planning, performance evaluation, and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of real estate operations or related fields is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisor
