ob Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of creative strategies for social media and digital platforms.
- Oversee the visual and content strategy to ensure brand consistency and a modern identity.
- Direct the design, video, and content teams to produce high-impact, engaging assets.
- Present creative work to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Review and approve all marketing materials (digital, social, video, print) to maintain quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, workflows, and creative approvals to ensure on-time delivery.
- Stay ahead of visual trends, platform updates, and new technologies to keep the brand relevant.
- Mentor, manage, and develop the in-house and external creative team.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Analyze campaign performance data and competitor activity to optimize future creative work.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Media, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7–10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (preferably in consumer brands or agencies).
- Proven success with social-first creative content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking and impact.
- Proficient in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
