Business Development Director Experience Construction - Contracting industry from 10-12 Years

Manage and plan the overall objectives, strategies, and goals for business development initiatives. Identifies and realizes attractive growth and alliance opportunities, which will achieve sales and profits growth targets. Manage the proposal teams. Identifies potentials business partners and negotiate agreements. Develop and implementbusiness relationships. Monitoring progress towards achieving targets on a regular basis.

Develop and execute growth strategies and business plans focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Manage customer relationships by enhancing the value of existing clients while attracting new ones.

Conduct market research to identify new markets, potential clients, and customer needs to support sales improvement.

Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to represent the company and build a professional network.

Developing quotes and proposalsfor clients.

Monitor and analyze company performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) and recommend improvement strategies.

Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and customer interactions.

Set and manage marketing strategies for social media platforms and oversee the creation of corporate videos and promotional content.

Followup on an ongoinganalysis of the company's status to identify potential strengths, weaknesses,opportunities and threats to improve results

Develop marketing materials—both print and digital—to promote the company’s services and enhance its brand image.
