🚨 We’re Hiring: Projects Director (8–12 Years of Experience)

Mohamed Abousamra Designs — a leading architecture and interior design company in Egypt — is seeking a dynamic and experienced Projects Director to lead its project management division and oversee the successful execution of high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

This role requires a visionary leader with a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to guide teams from concept through completion while ensuring quality, cost, and timeline excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage multiple design projects simultaneously from initiation to handover.
• Supervise design teams to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with design intent, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain smooth communication and resolve project challenges promptly.
• Provide strategic input on project planning, value engineering, and design development.
• Report regularly to senior management on project progress, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 8–12 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in architecture, interior design, or construction management, and proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and Adobe Photoshop (PSD) for design coordination and visualization review.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office; knowledge of Primavera is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of design coordination, site supervision, and client relations.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strategic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
