Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager, located in Beni Suef. The Factory Manager will oversee daily plant operations to ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and safety compliance. Responsibilities include managing manufacturing processes, supervising teams, coordinating with different departments, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to operational budgets. The role also requires enforcing safety regulations and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in factory management, manufacturing processes, and production operations
• Strong skills in team management, leadership, and staff supervision
• Knowledge of safety protocols, quality assurance, and operational efficiency strategies
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and process optimization abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and plant logistics
• Experience in electronics manufacturing is a strong advantage
