Role Overview:

As a Chemist (Fresh Graduate), you will be part of our R&D / Quality Control team, supporting laboratory operations, performing analyses, and ensuring that our pharmaceutical ampoules meet strict quality and safety standards. You will learn on the job under senior chemists and gain hands-on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

-Assist in conducting chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products (e.g., assays, pH, moisture content, purity)

-Prepare reagents, solutions, and standard curves

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, UV-Vis, GC, spectrophotometers, pH meters)

-Record, analyze, and interpret laboratory data, prepare reports

Ensure strict compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and company SOPs

-Participate in stability studies, validation work, and quality investigations

Maintain laboratory cleanliness, calibration logs, and safety standards

-Assist in coordinating with production for sampling, troubleshooting, and quality control

-Support audits and regulatory documentation as required

Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

-Basic understanding of analytical techniques (e.g. HPLC, UV, GC)

-Knowledge of quality control principles, GLP, GMP, and safety protocols

-Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

-Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior chemists

-Good communication skills (written and verbal)
