Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuwait City Metropolitan Area for the position of Legal Advisor. The Legal Advisor will provide expert legal advice to clients on various immigration matters, prepare and review legal documents, and assist in resolving complex legal issues. The role will also involve staying current with international immigration laws and policies, ensuring compliance, and providing guidance on labor and employment law as it relates to immigration cases. Working collaboratively with the team, the Legal Advisor will deliver high-quality, client-focused services.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Legal Advice and Legal Issues pertaining to immigration cases
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and interpretation of legal terms
• Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law with a focus on immigration-related concerns
• Demonstrated ability to analyze cases, provide sound legal guidance, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or relevant legal field, with appropriate licencing to practice law
• Experience in immigration law or consultancy is highly beneficial
