Budget management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking actual expenses against the budget throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitoring and reporting: Track project costs, analyze variances, and prepare regular reports on financial performance, cash flow, and budget status.

Cost control and risk management: Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement cost control strategies, and develop recovery plans for deviations from the budget.

Financial coordination: Coordinate with finance, procurement, and other departments to ensure proper invoice processing, cash flow, and procurement plans.

Variation analysis: Review and analyze variation orders to determine their cost impact and provide recommendations
