Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a team of property consultants to achieve high sales performance.

-Develop a strong, high-performing team, coaching and motivating them to excel.

-Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive continuous growth.

-Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve results.

Foster a professional, results-oriented team culture.

Requirements:

-5+ years in real estate with proven leadership experience.

-Thorough knowledge of the East Cairo market and trends.

-Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.

-Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

-Bachelor’s degree preferred.

-Fluent in Arabic and English.
