Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and product-focused UX Designer to join our growing product team. This role is strictly centered on interaction design, user research, and information architecture, and is distinct from visual or graphic design roles. The ideal candidate will have deep, demonstrable expertise in designing intuitive, accessible, and high-performing user experiences across complex web applications and native mobile (iOS/Android) platforms. You will be responsible for translating user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into clean, high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis: Plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and competitive analysis, to inform design decisions.

Interaction Design: Define user flows, information architecture (IA), sitemaps, and detailed wireframes for new features and product iterations, ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences.

Prototyping: Create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent, validate concepts, and gather rapid feedback from internal stakeholders and users.

Design Specification: Document and maintain detailed UX specifications, including interaction models, visual design language guidelines (in partnership with UI specialists), and accessibility requirements (WCAG).

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers to define product strategy and requirements, and with Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation of designs.

Design System Contribution: Actively contribute to and maintain our centralized design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all digital products (web and mobile).

Testing & Iteration: Design and analyze A/B tests and usability metrics to continuously monitor performance and drive iterative improvements to the user experience.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience dedicated exclusively to User Experience (UX) design for digital products.

Proven expertise in designing complex, data-driven interfaces for both enterprise-level web applications and native mobile apps (iOS and Android).

A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in all phases of the design process, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and final handoff.

Expert-level knowledge of human-computer interaction (HCI) principles, established usability standards, and mobile-first design methodologies.

Deep understanding of information architecture (IA) and the ability to structure content logically across different screen sizes and contexts.

Proficiency with modern UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with

the ability to articulate design rationale and present solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
