Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Travel Advisor to join our on-site team in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. In this role, you will assist customers by providing exceptional service for their travel needs, including managing travel arrangements, booking flights, and resolving inquiries. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, offering personalized travel solutions, and maintaining a professional approach during all customer interactions. This position also involves collaborating with teams and utilizing your expertise to create seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide an outstanding experience for all clients
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and resolve inquiries
  • Experience in Travel Arrangements and working with a Travel Agency is highly desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in English (B2+ or higher level) is required
  • Previous experience in travel or customer service roles is a plus
