Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuwait City for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating leads, and developing proposals. The role includes strategizing to expand market reach, collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, and negotiating contracts to close deals effectively. Networking and representing Event Boutique at industry events will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing, media, or advertising agency.
  • Proven success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license and access to a car.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies in Kuwait.
  • Identify and secure new clients and partnerships.
  • Present Mashhur’s influencer marketing and tech solutions with clear ROI focus.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from pitching to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Represent Mashhur at meetings and industry events.

💰 Compensation & PerksBase Sal<

  • /strong>ary: 350–700 KWD/month. High commissions.
