Elementary, Middle and Highschool

Academic Year of 2026-2027

Requirements:

1. Bachelors' degree in English Literature
2. Minimum of 2 years teaching
3. Excellent use of Technology

Main duties

1. Prepare the physical environment of the classroom for all lessons
2. Ensure and maintain the implementation of routines and procedures.
3. Assist with the display of class or subject materials, including those of students' work
4. Work with individuals and groups of students as arranged by the class/ subject teachers
5. Assist with creating and managing extra school activities
6. Substitute for the subject teacher in the event of his/ her absence or elsewhere according to HOD or admin plan.
7. Attend all development workshops & admin meetings
8. Ensure that students meet the expectation of the school in term of behavior and discipline. Prepare stuff & apply her class motivational techniques and implement consequences with the class teachers.
9. Track students' attendance according to school regulations
10. Contact parents with the teacher to check , inform and discuss their kids behavioral and absence issues
11. Keep detailed records / anecdotal note.
12. Distribute and collect administration's letters and money
13. Supervise students according to individual duty outlined in duty schedule
14. Cary out such duties as may be assigned by principal , deputies , or HODs ( during substitutions )
