Position: Cargo Specialist

We are looking for skilled Cargo Specialists to support and manage cargo operations, ensuring full compliance with aviation, safety, and GCAA regulatory standards. Candidates will be responsible for handling, coordinating, and monitoring cargo processes while maintaining high levels of safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cargo handling, documentation, and daily operations.
• Ensure all cargo activities comply with GCAA and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, ground handlers, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor cargo movement, loading/unloading, and storage.
• Support safe handling of dangerous goods in accordance with IATA DGR.
• Maintain accurate cargo records, systems updates, and operational reports.
• Ensure warehouse and cargo safety standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cargo or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with cargo systems and regulatory requirements.
• Relevant cargo-related training certifications.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
