- About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Container Services Manager to oversee container yard operations, shipping line relations, service quality standards, and customs coordination. This role ensures the highest standards of container storage, inspection, and yard efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage container yard operations, movement, cleaning, and storage.
- Maintain professional relationships with shipping lines and ensure service-level excellence.
- Ensure adherence to international container service standards (IICL, ISO).
- Supervise container inspection, repair approvals, and cost controls.
- Coordinate with Customs to ensure compliance with clearance and inspection procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively in English with shipping line representatives and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications
- Experience from 7-10 years of experience.
- Strong experience in container services, container depots, yard operations, or container repair management.
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
