Responsibilities
- Recording and posting daily journal entries including cash box transactions.
- Preparing and drafting invoices in coordination with internal departments.
- Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinating with internal departments to collect financial data and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assisting external auditors by providing needed documentation and reports.
- Maintaining organized records and ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good Excel and MS Office proficiency
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, journal entries, closing cycles)
- Attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
