Main job duties and responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs related to HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Prepare and/or validate shop drawings, coordination layouts, and as-built drawings.
• Supervise installation of sanitary and HVAC systems on-site to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, architectural) to resolve technical conflicts.
• Prepare material submittals, technical comparisons, and follow up with procurement for timely delivery.
• Perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and selection of HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards and health and safety regulations.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and handing over of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Support quantity take-off and verification for electromechanical works.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for technical clarifications and approvals.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering or cost estimation within the construction industry.
