Job DescriptionDetermine tailoring of processes (as applicable) to address unique project and work characteristics and support implementation of ThinQ and AiM processesConduct compliance checks and audits of the E&D projects to ensure the proper implementation of E&D processes and procedures.Facilitate the automation of E&D processes to enhance process implementation efficiency.Optimize performance and enhance the achievement of objectives, including business, measurement, performance, and quality and process performance objectives, by using ThinQ high-maturity processes. Use statistical tools and techniques to optimize or improve process performance.Create E&D objective and E&D Process KPI Balanced Scorecard. Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.Define new processes as per the business needs, suggestions from practitioners, auditors, lead appraisers, and maintain ThinQ Quality Management System.Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
