Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Rai, Kuwait. The Sales Representative will oversee sales operations, build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage client accounts, and identify potential business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include meeting with customers, offering solutions based on their needs, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the team to drive company growth in the construction materials and associated industries.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
Proven experience in business development and account management
Knowledge of construction materials and market trends is advantageous
Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using sales management software and tools
Ability to work on-site full-time in Rai, Kuwait
Experience with international brands and knowledge of import-export processes is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
